The long-awaited revitalization of the Wilmington Waterfront is underway with the brownfield redevelopment of a former shipyard site for commercial development. As a landscape architect working with Landstudies, Brian was responsible for the design of the waterfront promenade, interior court plaza and the project’s stormwater managment / biofiltration swale.
