The Bellefonte Waterfront is primarily composed of unused or under utilized buildings from a by-gone industrial era. The town has an excellent opportunity to comprehensively address its waterfront area. Funding was secured to produce a plan for the waterfront that balanced economic and environmental considerations. The project produced a vision for the waterfront that provides numerous viable redevelopment options for the community.
